In what cases can I return a product?
You can return a product in the following cases.
Within 30 days of receipt
Are you dissatisfied with the product? Then you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the product to be returned must meet the return conditions. It must be returned clean, dry and complete.
Exchange
Do you want to exchange a product for another product? For example, one with a smaller or larger capacity. Register your product via our returns portal and select exchange. You can immediately order the new product or first return the old product and then receive the new one. Any difference in purchase amount can be paid or will be credited.
Repair or defect
Is your product defective or does it need repair? Returning for repair is not always necessary. In many cases, the problem can be solved remotely. Check the manual and the online troubleshooter of your product. If this does not solve the problem, you can contact customer service or register your defect/repair request via our returns portal.
